Magellan Group Public Affairs Co-Chair to testify to the Pennsylvania Dept. of Insurance
Harrisburg, PA - On Thursday May 28, 2009, Timothy Cox, President/CEO of Founders Land Transfer, Inc., will be testifying at a public hearing with the Pennsylvania Department of Insurance and in regards to the state of the Real Estate Industry and specifically the Title Insurance Industry. The hearing is in response to the Pennsylvania Attorney Generals efforts for broader reform proposals concerning Public Policy, Title Insurance Rates, Compliance, Market Practices, and the use of Associated Business Arrangements & Joint Ventures in the Title Industry.
