The Magellan Group donates to The Great Guy Group

In its continuing tradition and mission to support its community, especially during the Holiday season, The Magellan Group (www.magellanleadershipgroup.com), a professional leadership organization, has on behalf of its leadership, board of directors, and membership, donated $500.00 to The Great Guy Group (www.greatguys.org) in the hopes that someone’s Holiday season can be made a bit brighter than what it was yesterday.
The Magellan Group recognizes The Great Guy Group as an innovator and leader in providing resources and services to cancer patients and their families, connecting donors and benefactors, and improving the overall lives that have been burdened by the cancer experience. “We recognize everyday professionals in the health care industry are relentlessly attacking this terrible disease using the latest in science and technology. However, we wanted to support these “Great Guys (and Gals)” and their philosophy that at the end of the day, patients and their families and friends contribute just as important component to the battle against cancer as well.” Timothy Cox, Executive Director of The Magellan Group, stated. “Leadership comes in all shapes and sizes and we encourage others to contribute to such an excellent innovating organization”.
About The Great Guy Group:
Great Guys is a non-profit organization staging fundraising events to support and honor cancer patients and families. The company was incorporated in September 2007 with events starting in 2000 by Paul Isenberg and Tim Sherry as a tribute to friends helping friends and dedicated to the loving memory of Nicole Isenberg.
Great Guys is a unified organization enthusiastic about creating direct, integrated, positive, and fun interactions for cancer patients, their families, and friends.
