• Experience: Membership Candidates must possess extensive experience within their industry or profession.  

• Commitment: Members are expected to take leadership roles within the group, support other members initiatives, attend/participate in a majority of group functions and be committed to both the improvement of the group and the improvement of their professional and personal initiatives.

• Character: Membership Candidates must be of sound character & reputation.
