Quest Realty Advisors Commercial Real Estate Valuations  Daniel N. Knezevich is President of Quest Realty Advisors, LLC. Quest Realty Advisors was founded in 1996 and has since become a leading real estate valuation and appraisal firm based in Wayne, Pennsylvania.
Dan’s focus is on the valuation and appraisal of commercial and residential real estate including but not limited to self storage, apartments, valuation of land for development, offices, retail and warehouse/industrial. Licensed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware, Dan’s primary focus area is the immediate Philadelphia region. Secondary coverage is provided for Lancaster and Berks Counties, the Lehigh Valley and Northeast Pennsylvania. Dan’s representative clients include banks, mortgage brokers, lawyers and private real estate investors including but not limited to Wells Fargo Bank, Bank of America, the Bryn Mawr Trust Company, TD Bank, First National Bank of Chester County, Royal Bank America as well as Philadelphia regional based law firms and private clients. Valuations are completed for purposes of real estate purchase and refinancing, estate purposes, commercial tax appeals and feasibility of real estate developments. Prior to founding Quest Realty Advisors Dan was employed by two prominent Philadelphia based appraisal firms, Robert D. Wright Inc. and Integra Realty Resources. Dan’s 20 years of real estate valuation experience provides his clients with knowledgeable and timely counsel and reports. Dan is a contributor to the Price Waterhouse Quarterly Real Estate Investor Survey. Dan graduated with a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Science in Community Development from the Pennsylvania State University in addition to ongoing real estate education. Dan is involved in the Main Line Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, he has provided pro bono or reduced fee appraisals for local non-profit organizations including but not limited to: the Salvation Army, Kencrest Centers, Congregation Aish Ha'Torah and Holy Ascension Antiochian Orthodox Church. Dan is the father of one beautiful daughter named Diana. (yes after the princess.) |
