Financial Services  Brett Swain is currently developing investment portfolio modeling and allocation system with the goal to form a new company/fund delivering a new investment vehicle for institutions that provides for both stability and positive returns regardless of overall market conditions or direction.
Prior to entering the financial services sector Brett Swain was president and founder of Swain Techs, a very sucessful Philadelphia region technology services provider which he sold in 2009 to pursue development of his portfolio modeling systems into a new investment vehicle. A measure of his success was an ever-increasing customer base of over 100 small and medium sized businesses and more than 200 individual users. Swain Techs grew very quickly over the 10 years since Brett Swain founded it and continues to thrive under its new ownership. Brett Swain is an accomplished executive and community leader with more than 10 years of progressively responsible experience managing employees, collaborating with project teams and establishing his own successful consulting firm. A remarkable ‘people’ person, Brett pays attention to people’s needs and then crafts strategies that respond to them. He is an astute analyst, especially in dealing with financial information technology, and a creative, “outside-the-box” thinker. He is skilled at helping teams integrate diverse objectives into a cohesive vision that supports their strategic mission and objectives within scope, budget and schedule. Brett is a solutions-oriented professional who excels at managing projects and building team collaboration. He implements effective procedures because he excels in assessing needs and designing solutions – a direct result of his creative thinking. Through his own extensive travel and experience in that industry, Brett developed a global perspective of different cultures. He saw first-hand how managers in these cultures plan strategies, resolve conflict, handle personnel issues and build successful businesses. This unique global perspective is also demonstrated in community leadership. He contributes his expertise and business acumen to the Main Line Chamber of Commerce, the Greater Phila-delphia Chamber of Commerce and the Ardmore Business Association and Ardmore Initiative. His common sense approach to building a quality, stable and respected businesses is relevant guidance to other small business entrepreneurs.
