Tim Lenihan

Tim’s role as a Benefits Consultant/Producer for AGS is to assist clients with the design and administration of their employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision care, life insurance and short and long-term disability insurance programs. With a strong analytical background in finance and underwriting, Tim’s responsibilities include analyzing the client’s benefits program from both a plan design and financial perspective for quality of current benefits and competitive alternatives.

Prior to joining AGS, Tim spent 3 plus years at a Bucks County Employee Benefits Consulting firm. Prior to that, he spent 12 years in various underwriting positions and project manager roles responsible for streamlining underwriting standards and integrating operational business units with technology.

Tim earned an MBA in Finance from Saint Joseph’s University (Philadelphia) and a BS in Economics from Mount Saint Mary’s College (Maryland) with a concentration in Business and Finance.
