Stephen Amoriello
Tactix Real Estate Advisors
Real Estate, Commercial Tenant Representation
Steve Amoriello is a commercial real estate advisor/broker focusing exclusively on the needs of tenants and other end users of real estate. By representing tenants only, Steve avoids the inherent and irreconcilable conflict of interest that exists with most brokers who represent both landlords and tenants. At Tactix, Steve works with a high-caliber team comprised of former practicing attorneys, governmental executives, economic development heads and financial professionals to save his clients time and money by developing and executing tailor-made real estate acquisition, leasing and management strategies. Some well-known clients of Tactix include Sunoco, Sodexho Marriott , Analytical Graphics, Inc., Concord EFS (now First Data Corp.), ABB Inc., Covance, Inc., Saul Ewing, Morgan Lewis, Day & Zimmerman, Dechert, FMC, Kulicke & Soffa and Blank Rome.
Prior to joining Tactix, Steve was an attorney in the bankruptcy department of Dilworth Paxson LLP. Steve also practiced with the Morristown, New Jersey-based Riker, Danzig, Scherer, Hyland & Perretti LLP as well as with the predecessor of the Philadelphia-based Lavin, O’Neil, Ricci, Cedrone & DiSipio. Steve’s broad experience includes the representation of commercial creditors, landlords and other parties in complex financial arrangements including workouts, settlements and inter-creditor agreements. Steve also represented clients in all aspects of bankruptcy related litigation matters.
Steve graduated from Saint Joseph’s University and went on to receive his J.D. from Widener University School of Law and his M.B.A. from Widener University School of Business Administration.
Steve is on the Board of Governors of The Justinian Society, a professional association of judges and lawyers of Italian ancestry. He is also on the Executive Committee for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Chester County Light the Night Walk event.
