Nancy O'Mara Ezold, P.C. Attorney - Employment Law, Intellectual Property and Tax Law  Christopher E. Ezold, Esq., is a shareholder in Nancy O’Mara Ezold, P.C., an employment and business law boutique with a growing regional practice, with offices in suburban Philadelphia.
Christopher focuses his practice on assisting small and medium-sized businesses to incorporate and grow their business; he frequently acts as outside general counsel to his business clients, handling all of their legal matters. Christopher ensures that he knows his clients’ business, customers, employees, industry and competitors in order to provide cost-effective legal solutions; this understanding allows Christopher to provide practical business advice to his clients and assists them in networking, business development, securing financing and heading off legal problems with practical business solutions. In order to provide greater value to his clients, Christopher is pursuing a Master’s degree in taxation. Examples of matters that Christopher handles for his employment clients are employment contracts, noncompetition agreements, confidentiality agreements, trade secrets issues, discrimination claims, training of management and employees on discrimination matters, wage and hour matters, drafting of employment policies, benefits issues, deferred compensation and taxes, unemployment and wrongful termination. Christopher’s representative clients include businesses in the pharmaceutical, construction, beauty-care supply and medical, CRO, financial and consulting services industries. Christopher has been associated with the Main Line Chamber of Commerce for over a decade, and is the former chair of the Chamber’s Technology Committee. In 2006, he was asked to join the Chamber’s Board of Directors, and was also chosen as the Chamber’s General Counsel. Christopher is also a Member of the Board of the Center for Advancement in Cancer Education, and is a volunteer attorney with the Support Center for Child Advocates.
