 Mr. Sweeney is a partner and operations executive with Advanced Surgical/Jeanne Mikalauskas, LLC, a family-owned manufacturer’s representative, selling and servicing orthopedic implants and joint replacements (i.e. knee, hip, shoulder, elbow, wrist, ankle, toe, etc.). He also serves on the Human Resources Committee of Philabundance, a nonprofit organization that works to end hunger and malnutrition in the Delaware Valley.
Mr. Sweeney has successful entrepreneurial experience, both as a business owner and senior consultant with a number of prominent insurance and human capital consulting firms, quickly and sustainably building sales organizations, distribution channels and consulting practices. He also has considerable consulting experience helping clients of all sizes and from all industries, mitigate risk, maximize operational efficiency and manage human capital needs.
Mr. Sweeney is a member of The Magellan Group, the Union League of Philadelphia and The Springhaven Club in Wallingford, PA. He is an accomplished golfer, a long-time Philadelphia Eagles season ticketholder and an avid sports enthusiast. His past community involvement included serving as a Board member and Volunteer Instructor with Junior Achievement, the world’s largest organization dedicated to educating students about workforce readiness, entrepreneurship and financial literacy. He was also a volunteer with Special Olympics and Habitat For Humanity.
